So i start to wipe down my bike when I get to the wind screen and discover those two areas on either side of the headlight.. How the hell can you get to those to clean?

The only way to really clean it is to take off the windscreen completely.
I replaced mine with a dark smoked ZG Sport Tourer windscreen and that dirt on either side of the headlight was one of the main reasons why.
