My 5th gen is blowing FI fuses. I had been working on putting new sprockets and chains on the bike, had to bleed the clutch, and put it all together blows the fuse as soon as I turn the key. If anyone could direct me to where to diagnose it or if this is a common problem it would be appreciated.

Start checking wires on that circuit for direct shorts. I had the same problem last fall with my brake, horn, signal circuit. Turns out the ground side of my front brake switch was grounding out on the clipon so every time I hit the brakes, BAM, no lights.

It's a short circuit, most likely caused by something having become disconnected somewhere in the areas you were working.
