Man, what a machine

Just picked up my daughters CBR250 today, look in my gallery for pics, and the nice people at Shawnee Honda let me test drive a new VFR1200DCT. All I can say is, what a piece of machinery. Don't get me wrong, I love my 98 and 2007 VFR's, but if I had an extra 15,000 grand laying around I would love to have one of these. Power is just never ending and the DCT transmission is the coolest thing I have seen from Honda in a while. I did have a little trouble trying to reach for the clutch lever that was not there, lol. But honestly, it was nice to just lightly roll on the throttle from a stop and tap the little shifter buttons with a finger, nothing could be simpler. Who knows, maybe one day..............................

What are your thoughts on the CBR250R. I am considering one for my son.

I must say that my first impressions are great. It has quite a bit of power for a single and is pretty smooth. She rode at 70 - 75 with us most of the day and that thing stayed with us the whole way. It runs better than her Virago 250 for sure.
