I'm planning to replace the brake pads with EBC double-H. EBC's online distributor suggests the front and rear brakes use the same pads:

Is that right? I always thought the rear brake is smaller than the front so it must uses different pads.

Thanks.

I believe the earlier 6th Gens (2002-2005) used the same pads on the front and rear (EBC FA261HH) while the 2006 and above use FA388HH (front) and  FA261HH (rear)

I hope you shopped around because you could have picked up those exact same pads on amazon.com for $36.45 a set including shipping (almost $7 cheaper per set).

I just ordered these for $31.62 (3 sets) of Amazon. They've actually gone DOWN in price....as compared to most stuff these days!
