Anyone use soft bag and Leo Vince exhausts?

Does anyone use soft bags with their Leo Vince exhaust?

I'd like to improve the sound of the bike with a pair of Leo Vince aluminum cans, but I'm worried about the bags melting without the heat shield. If you have used soft bags with leo vince, could you please share your experience?

Since there is no response, I have went ahead and took the stock cans off to see how it sounds with straight pipe. WOW!!! It is like going from a kitten to a roaring lion. So I got a short piece of curved tip from autozone and clamped it on to the cat. Now the exhaust is cleared off the rear tire, and I got a mean sounding bike. Will update with video later.
