VFR 800 Factory Saddle Bags

Curious what the approximate cost of a set of USED factory bags/supports for a 2008 VFR 800 are going for these days?

I tried to find them on Ebay, but only found aftermarket sets.

$600 - $750 seems to be the average range. I contacted several sellers over the course of nearly a year and finally found a
perfect, color matched (to my bike) set for $450..........found mounts and hardware on a wreck for $50. Screamin deals are few
and far between.

There's a set for an '08 on ebay now - not cheap though. Just search on vfr and sort by price high to low - scroll down about 3/4 of the page and you'll see 'em. They're also probably available from European sources - that's where I had to go to find a color matched top case - but they won't be a bargain.

Granted, I know you posted USED, but after a few months of searching myself I only found a couple of sets color matched for around 500-650 used. I just thought that I might as well spend the extra few dollars and get a new set and be done with it.

Bought my OEM bags from a VFR friend who had never used them nor had a use for them, $400. Was willing to pay & offerred him $600, but he wanted $400. So I bought him lunch instead~
