Brake and clutch master cylinder sizes

Anyone know what size brake and clutch master cylinders are on an 85 vf700f? Lookin to replace them with a later cylinder, or should I just swap the whole thing?

You might look on it and see if it is marked, my '86 has "5/8" stamped on the brake MC, I bought a 16mm radial master to put on it, just need to get it done and test it out.
