What parts has the VFR 1200 in common with other Honda's.

Thanks to Tin I know the VFR 1200 has the front fender in common with a 2006/2007 CBR-1000RR.
Thanks to another topic I know the levers were also used on the Honda RC51.
I think they even use(d) the mirrors on CBR's...
Why don't we make a catalogue of all this parts Honda used on other bikes and pin this topic?
Looking for second hand parts, aftermarket parts, even cheaper OEM parts, can make our living a lot easier and cheaper...

Replacing your bleeders by Speed Bleeders on your VFR 1200 F (don't know for DCT)

Honda doesn't say what bleeders they use. Brands like Goodridge or Stahlbus don't have the VFR 1200 in their catalogue yet. A few weeks ago I installed my Stahlbus Speed Bleeders.

So, what do you need to replace all your bleeders (clutch and brake)?

For the VFR you need 5 speedbleeders Standard lenght  M8x1.25 (thread length 16mm)

Some info:

Brands like Goodridge use codes like this SB8125 or SB8125L. SB refers to Speed Bleeder, 8 to 8 mm, 125 to the thread 1.25. L doesn't refer to the length of the thread, but to the (longer) nipple. Standard thread length is 16 mm, but you have also longer threads.

There are 3 parts of the Honda OEM part number separated by hyphens (EX: 12345-ABC-A1234). If the middle 3 letters/digits do not say MGE then the part is probably retrofitted from another model and may be used on several models. The 3 letters only place which bike the part was originally designed for and is called the "parts classification number"

Example: Front Wheel bearings are part number 91053-MCS-G01. I.E. they should originate from a ST1300. Not absolute on year but it gives a good start for tracking down cross reference.
