Finally found them! Nobody could give me an answer, but they do exist. Repair parts for your OEM accessories.
So far I found the repair parts for left and right OEM panniers.
I couldn't find the microfiche yet. So I don't know what's included or not. My closed dealer is 220 km away and not very helpfull. So, any feedback is welcome.

Well, I have some scratches on my left pannier. It frustrates me every time I see it. The only answer I had so far...replace the whole pannier. But my frustration isn't worth +euro 400. Touch up paint was the only alternative I had. These sets aren't cheap, but at least I know now I can repair the damaged part, instead of buying a whole new one.
For example, a saw that the price for a new screen on the sports screen is euro 59. The screen suffers a lot (rather flexible /soft plastic), so wear in inevitable. For euro 59 I have now a replacement...
Those are European part numbers.... My dealers here in Canada have no listing and no clue what to do with them as they don't match up to anything they can order.... I suspect it will be the same in the US...
Thanks VFRFlanders, as I have lost the elongated adjustment collar off my OEM sports extension screen. I was a little concerned that, for a small little part, I was going to have to junk my £150 extension screen. I am now hoping that a Honda main dealer (Lings, in Norfolk) are going to try and see if they can get me the part, even if it comes in a set, it will get me out of the problem. It's nice to know that it looks as though they do supply parts for this accessory. Anybody else out there acquired parts for OEM accessories? Regards, :tour:

Probably not since they don't seem to have the part for the actual case of the pannier itself. I actually just had a case destroyed by being hit from behind by another bike. Ripped it right off the mount and broke the case all apart. Luckily it was a glancing blow and only destroyed the case. Didn't do any damage to the bike or me.

Unfortunately it was the right saddle bag that got destroyed. I was on a ride to New Hampshire and it got destroyed the first day and I had to leave it. Ended up riding about 800 miles with just one saddle bag.
Try cmsnl.com, bike-parts.fr or davidsilverspares.com (don't mention which bike it is for--the latter apparently cannot sell parts for 2002-on models).
Honda OEM part numbers have a lot of information you can use. But you have to know how to read them. This PDF file for a CBR 600 RR/05 has all the information you need. Look at page 3-2.
my tech (http://www.ef-technix.be) says you should be able to find them via cmsnl.com but it's not because it's not listed that they don't have it for the VFR1200.
For some bits you can use http://www.tenkateshop.com and you'll find a mirror costs half of what I paid at Idealmoto. Half!
Then there's http://www.partzilla.com for the part numbers and drawings. You need some computer power for that one but they do list everything!
Dunno about the other side of the pond, but there are quite a few online OEM parts seller here that have microfiche servers (a quick search for "OEM Honda motorcycle parts" will get you a listing). Most offer 10-20% discount on most OEM parts. I'm blessed with having a local Honda dealer that gives me 20% discount on parts. I pay local sales tax but not shipping, so it's pretty good deal on most parts.
Honda Parts Direct on this side of the pond (Dallas) - lowest prices and terrific service. Bought right side middle fairing and mirror cover. Beat other on line dealers by at least 20% and beat beat local retail by almost 50%. Quick delivery and e-mail tracking.
I searched high and low for a right side pannier lid as I cracked one in a parking lot tip-over. None available in the US. Found one (so I thought out of the U.K.). Ordered it from Bike-Parts-Honda - Farnham Honda out of Farnham, U.K.. Price quoted was 141.99 pounds, which included delivery to Laveen AZ. Got notice part was back-ordered and there would be several week delay. Eric kept me advised as to the progress on completing order.
To my surprise, when the part arrived, I did not receive the lid, I received the entire right side pannier including the lock kit!!
Please keep these two in mind when searching for your parts on line. They are worthy of your business.
If you do a replacement with the lid to the pannier does anyone have a good method for removing the pin hinge?
Contemplated this also, but spared from having to come up with a solution - see above. My thought was to use a Dremel to open up the ends without going through the pin and then knocking out the pin with a drift.
