regulator rectifier wiring diagram

guys

i have had issues with the bike stalling when the lights are on. so i took panels off and found retifier. It is an uprated one but the wires were cut on the bike side and the spade connectors connect direct to the regulator....but they are loose so may cause the issue.
also i want to check the wireing so does anyone have a diagram of what wire and colour goes where

What year is the bike? Only the 1990-1997 have direct plugs into the regulator unless someone swapped yours out for a Yamaha R1 R/R.

For the 1990-1997 R/R the smaller pins are stator (yellow wires) and the bottom left is positive, the bottom right is negative.
For the R1 R/R the 3 pin connector is stator (yellow wires) and the 2 pin connector is left side positive, right side negative.

its a 1999 but clearly not the origional r/r, what i donnt want to do is put a new one on and blow it cos the wires are wrong........so if anyone has a diagram it would be fab!
