Help: need VFR evaluation near Portland!

Got nailed by a driver coming across three lanes of traffic, no turn signal...im ok but bike is a financial total wreck.  Getting a check soon and found a bike near Portland..but im on the wrong coast.

Anyone interested in pitting eyes on this 5th gen for me? Seller would probably feel better if someone could vouch for the bike,s condition as well before I come out with a license plate in hand and have a fun ride home.

I hate these darn tablets...typing is so slow so ill keep this short.  If somepne is interested in lending a hand please email or call my cell to discuss.

Why on earth would you buy a bike on the other side of the country?  Unless you specifically want to ride the bike across the U.S. I don't see why you would do that when there are plenty of 5th Gens on the East Coast with very reasonable mileage and price.  Would you be shipping it or flying in to ride it home?

Sorry I wasnt prolific in my post.  Good bike...fun ride back.  Need eyes on bike so everyone is comfortable with the deal .  I need help... Are you volunte are you volunteering ?

Maybe you could PM a member that lives in Portland? When I first joined this forum, I had offers from people I had never spoke with volunteer to look at a bike. It was a humbling experience!

Check over at PNWRiders.com. There's a whole section for Portland. I'm sure somone would be willing to help out.
