Hi all,

Need a good all weather bike cover for the winter. Very wet climate here so it must be waterproof and I'd like as much coverage as possible.

What do you recommend?

I have tried some different brands over the years and found that the Nelson Riggs Falcon Defender 2000 (large for VFR's) is the best. It is the most waterproof, has the best ventilation system and has a very secure elastic band and grommets at the bottom to prevent being blown off by the wind. It also has a lifetime guarantee.

Tons of topics on this already. Search is your friend.

Is the bike going to be outside under 10 meters of snow? Is this for long-term storage or daily use?

Long term, maybe a bedsheet underneath whatever cover you decide to go with to help with any abrasion from the waterproof cover.

Just remember that even though the bike will be under cover that moisture will still rust things under the cover. Indoor storage is best.
