Does 5Th Gen Exhaust Fit 6Th Gen?

I have been contemplating with GP-style exhaust. Found one but it is for 5th gen. So I wonder if a 5th gen VFR exhaust will bolt up to the 6th gen header?

Yes, the 6th gen header is the same as the 2000-2001.

Got any pics of the exhaust?

depends if it just bolts up to the header pipes (5th & 6th are same diameter outlet), or if it also has "hanger" that bolts up to the pillion peg...

I haven't ordered yet so I don't know for sure. But I expect there to be a hanger. So if the header bolts up fine, the worst that will happen is I'll have to fabricate a custom bracket.
