BR asked for a picture thread so. Images from the 10th annual Texasmac rally in Franklin North Carolina. 100 bikes showed up this year and Kevin (Baileyrock) his bike turned over 100,000 miles on the Blue Ridge Parkway during the event. It was a fun time, lots of challenging roads and great company. The event is in Honor of the death of the very first vfrd member to have died while attending a vfrd sponsored event, Bruce we miss ya your vfrd screen name will be forever associated with vfrd Texasmac. It gets better every year.

Every ride needs a good soundtrack. I had some mom in a mini-van giving me some really weird looks as I was hauling back from TMAC on the interstate. I guess I was bike dancing to my tunes.
Now Timmy, don't be like that ... I appreciate the time and effort that goes into the more highly-produced vids. I just prefer the V4 music and unobstructed view of the road. And while it's true that I don't hear death metal in my head while riding the twisties, I do hear a kind of colour commentary (think Jackie Stewart -- or whomever it is that does the colour on ITV's Isle of Man TT coverage).
Its groovy. but stop exposing my secret: I have to fool the viewer into thinking it isnt boring by putting all the extras in there.
Don't change a thing TTC. Your contribution to the cultural side of motorcycling is important to the well-roundedness of VFRD members. Your video exploits give us all a greater appreciation of high quality productions.
Could be one of my better back-handed compliments in a while.

So... I'm about to leave on vacation and what do I do the night before?? I stay up way to late making this....

It is blocked (well at least in the Netherlands) because it contains copyrighted music.....
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I even cited the artists to give them credit.. The songs are freely available on YouTube or other sites anyway.
I used the link I posted on the vfrd Facebook page and it worked... Odd
Crap, I specifically tried to use more obscure songs.. I hate copyright laws :( I mean it's not like I'm selling copies...
