Does anyone have them? I bought mine used and there are an awful lot of spacers and what not. I am hoping someone has them and would be willing to scan them in for me. Shouldn't be but a couple of pages. TIA.

Were you able to get the additional pieces for the carrier mount or did you have to buy the whole thing?
Whole thing. We got it on yesterday. I like that the carrier has some suspension built into it (moves left to right). I went back and forth on if I'll keep it bolted on 100% of the time. For a few minutes I pondered swapping back to the OEM grab handles until I do a trip but then said "F it". Who wants to change back and forth? The more you take bolts on and off, well you know what I mean. Prefer the look of the OEM handles but I'm function > form so they'll stay mounted permanently. Bike is coming along nicely, the Leo looks and sounds awesome!
OK. Kind of figured that it would be tough finding the parts separately. I'm the same way. Think the original grab handles look better but leave the carrier on all the time. Too much of a pain to keep switching it and like you said eventually it will wear out the bolts, etc. In the end I hardly notice it anyway since I can't see behind me most of the time anyway. The mount for the bigger box is even uglier though since it's bigger. I'm pretty much set for this bike being my long trip/touring bike now. I'll probably be looking to get a second sportier bike to go along with it. I traded an R6 for the VFR and I kind of miss the fun of the light weight just throw it into a curve and go.
The current R1 (new one comes out for 2014) is a great compliment (ask me how I know :goofy: ) to it. Good for us taller folks, much lighter, and a virtual V4 underneath you. They can be had cheap too, especially a lightly used '09/10. I love the damn thing, it's the v4 literbike that Honda never made.
