When the hazard switch is engaged the turn signals shut off instead of flashing. And then go back to running lamps when the switch is not engaged. Wire harness fix was done last yr, any ideas? I've tried the wd40 trick to the switch didn't work.

It has to have it's on flasher. I would check it first and then for fuses and check the bulbs make sure the right type and makes sure the bulbs are not blown .

The newer 2004+ models have hazards -- we early 6th gen folks got shafted.

They work great in the nasty heavy rain, Ive used them a few times
I'm actually buying a replacement switch set for my 03 to add the Hazard circuit into my bike with some LED strobes front and rear.
