So our trip is confirmed, I got the vacation days, and I can't wait! We'll be riding from Fort Wayne, Indiana on the 14th all the way there. The Dragon will be a once or twice thing, but I'm mainly excited just to cruise around, drink beer, and relax. If anyone wants to ride with us, it will be a boring group :P my dad will be leading with his Wing, so I wont be able to push my bike too much, which is a good and a bad thing in my mind... But if anyone wants to ride, or hang out, I'm game! Were staying at Blue Ridge Motorcycle Camp, and I'll be looking for some back roads riding, so I can enjoy the ride without fear of lane crossers. Looking forward to hopefully meeting some of you! (I better see you, Switchblade...)

I know that camp ground very well. Phil the owner knows a lot of good roads to ride. If you can catch him on a day he's not busy, (Monday-Wednesday is best) he just might take you out for a "tour". He can also help you out with ride plans. I'll be there next Thursday through Sunday!! :goofy:
Glad to hear its a great place to stay. I'll definitely talk to him when we get there! Hope you have fun, I am going crazy waiting for this trip.
I will be in the area for labor day weekend.. I have an all silver 6th gen.... doing blood mountain and the dragon with my friend on a VTX..
