Wheel � Shock Stroke Ratio?

Hi all. I want to thank you for the vast amount of info I have learned reading through the forum. My reason for the research is because I am designing a wheelchair accessible trike using a VFR1200 as my donor bike. This leads to my first of probably many questions... what is the wheel - shock ratio on the VFR1200? I have yet to purchase the bike, I am costing the project out so I'll know what I need to comfortably build the Trike. I want to use a 2012 or newer.

Plenty VFR1200 owners here and I have a deal 2 miles from my house....

Wheel - shock ratio is the amount of wheel travel related to shock travel. When the shock is mounted at the hub the ratio is 1 to 1. When the shock is mounted further forward on the swingarm the wheel travel is greater than the shock travel, around a 3 to 1 ratio. Knowing the amount of travel the preload piston has in the factory shock would be helpful to my cause. Anyone have that number?

No since the vfr use the LINK suspension? Makes things complicated but still doable.

Anyways, the rear suspension travel is 130mm. Ohlins says:

Eye to eye length: 321.5mm
Stroke : 50.5mm
Default spring : 01092-74 (Ø 57 mm - L 170 mm -  180 N/mm)

My goal is an adjustable suspension like the Gold Wing so I can lower the rear of the Trike for ease of entry/exit. I have contacted aftermarket options like Ohlins and Tractive to see if they can help.
