Anyone know if a 2004 left front brake caliper is the same as the 2000? I need to replace mine.

Piston sizes are different.
The VTEC has revised hydraulic ratios between the master cylinders and brake calipers to give more front bias during braking.
If you were in the middle of the sahara, and needed a brake caliper, it would probably work.
I'm not 100% on the physical boltup, but I THINK it will.

Check that the master cylinder is still the same size, too. Personally, I wouldn't mess with the LBS, given the number of times Honda has tweaked it; even a minor change could upset the "delicate balance" of the system...
