Length Of Vf750F Fork Tubes?

Hi all!

I disassembled my VF quote a few years ago and can't recall of noticing any difference between left and right fork tubes. I finaly got to rebuilding the bike and noticed it.

I did let my fork rechrome and straigthened them. This was after I bought a second fork for parts. Are there different front forks for the vf750f?

If the difference in length is normal, which one goes where? Shorter tube at the trac side?

Just rebuilt my VF750 forks, and there is a difference in the tubes, due to the difference in the pistons at the bottom, and the TRAC Anti-Dive. When I had tubes out, didn't notice any difference in length. the tube for the TRAC side will have a recess at the bottom for the oil lock valve on the piston.
