Value Of '85 Vf500F

I own a 1985 VF500F interceptor that I've owned since 1990. Over the past few years I've been slowly reconditioning it. Bodywork is in fair shape in what I would consider a respectable patina for a 30 year old motorcycle. I'm considering parting with it and looking for a price range. Can anyone shed light on what the value could be?

In NL, that would fetch ~Euro 1,400 tops

In Italy, they seem to get a grand more....

Not worth selling it for the work carried out.Beautiful bike. If it was mine i would keep it. Can only go up in value.

A smart buyer would want to see compression test results on that particular bike as a few problems are not uncommon on 500s. How many miles is important info, but that bike looks great.

I also thought it was worth hanging onto as they're not worth a whole lot. I purposely kept it as close to stock as possible to keep the value up.

If that bike was in my garage, I would never let it go. It looks great and you have done a good job keeping it in good condition.
