How can I backup (my) VFRD posts?

Just as the topic says.....

I see that a lot of old posts (a lot with pictures) of mine have re-emerged;post that I thought were lost in the big purge that preceeded the big belly up.

Payback a biatch perhaps (this is a joke!!)

So how can I save/make a backup copy on my own HDD of my posts in an easy way?

And what program would I use to be looking at them/pull the pictures at a later point in time

I have a 2TB disk and highspeed glasfibe connection to do just that, for I reckon the big purge will be done again no?

This version has an archival system, I will probably wont need to purge posts to restore function to the database anymore.
