Buying NOS bike

I found 9 y.o. bike for sale that day on the dealers floor the whole time.

I talked to the sales manager and he said that the bike would be sold as is, without manufacturer warranty due to its age.

What problems should I expect from such specimen?

Is there a good this party warranty I can purchase to cover the bike?

I'm located in the US.

Fuel system could be full of varnish unless the dealer never had any in it. Could have dried out rubber bits (seals, hoses, etc.) all over the place. Tires may need replaced due to cracking sidewalls...on a positive note, if it was on the dealer floor the whole time, it's been out of the weather...can't help with the third-party warranty as I have no experience.
