Running Temp Of 2016 VFR 800

Hi chaps,

I've got a 2016 VFR 800 which I love to bits, top top bike! Noticed when in traffic in warm weather (doesn't happen often in the UK) The temp goes up to about 104, then the fans come on and it's maintained at about 102. Compared to the RR6 fireblade I had last, it runs quite a bit hotter. Is this a normal operating temp, no problems or anything, just not used to seeing that sort of temperature. Cheers.

The fans on my '14 come on at 221 and will drop the temp. down to 215 and less, very quickly in 95+ degree weather. That isn't hot running, it's normal operating temperature. My 8th gen. runs slightly cooler than my 5th and 6th gens. did. I ride in "go" mode and try very hard to avoid stop and go traffic because I utterly hate it.
