Dzien dobry!

Welcome to VFRD.

It never ceases to amaze me how virtually new VF500s appear from time to time. Less than 6000 km in 33 years. It looks in very good condition as you would expect. Seems a pity to convert such a nice example into a race bike but each to their own.

Looks great. Did you win a race on it. Any problems with it?

Took my VF500F2 out for a tour yesterday and on relatively quiet stretch of motorway did a few top speed blasts. Garmin showed 186kmh.

I did check my mirrors regularly to spot any car tagging along....  :goofy:

Pulling of the motorway, there was a slight smoke rising which subsided quickly. No leaks so I conclude that the exhaust system got so hot, it burned of some oil residue from the prior clutch rod leak.

That is good. The best I have seen out of my sat nav was 182.32km/h.

Welcome to the asylum. That is a very cool machine you have there.

Welcome Darek!  Thanks for the pictures.  Very nice! Congrats on the finish.

It seems there are a lot of outlets for you overseas to race. Not the same here in the US. I`d like to be able to just take the fairing off a bike and join a race like you have.
