I have a 2010 VFR1200DCT that just had the Guhl reflash. I also have a Bazzaz Z-FI TC witch has the ability to alter the fuel map.

Since the Guhl reflash, i noticed a hit in the MPG, before i could do 300km and now 225-250km.

To those who know the Bazzaz unit or familiar with fuel maps, is this a good way to bring back some MPG, i.e.

by reducing the fuel trim by 20% for the 6th gear (is 20% to much or to little ?) or

by targeting fuel reduction between 3500-5000 rpm from 5-30% throttle opening

I would like to regain that lost highway cruising mpg !

Try reducing it by 10%first and see how the bike feels before going 20%,20% is a big jump
