Hi! I’m just looking at buying my first VFR800 and I am considering doing exactly this as I can pick one up for a steal, just has some minor damage the the fairing, however i am a little concerned mostly with the tank cover...
Was your kit injection moulded or compression moulded? I am aware all kits come with compression moulded tank covers due to its shape, but I am worried about how the tank cover will fit and how much of the old tank will be visible. What is your opinion on it? Thanks
