Just pulled from a 99, it's been painted before and could use another coat. Has some surface rust but looks worse than it is. There is also a dent, see pic. An hour with a wire brush and some high temp paint will have this looking good again.
Also included in the package deal is a high mount mid pipe and Two Brothers aluminum can. Can has seen better days, but is serviceable as is. Use as is, or use the mid pipe to convert your low mount to high mount.
Asking $235 plus actual shipping. I sent a similar header to Texas 2 weeks ago, the package weighed 15lb and cost $42 to ship via USPS.
I am willing & able to do some cleanup work on these parts for an additional fee, PM if interested.
