I had a book printed from the PDF service manual available on this site (thank you to whoever is responsible for that).
Cost me £60, but it's great quality and was delivered quickly (and much cheaper than ordering from USA).
The publisher made an error and sent me 3 copies instead of 1, so I have 2 perfectly good copies to sell to anyone interested.
£20 + postage. You won't find a better deal in the UK! Let me know if interested.
PS: its 100 gsm matte paper, 225 sheets / 450 pages, front & back covers are colour 300 gsm silky, in wiro-binding book format.
