This aught to be a sticky or its really obvious and I don't know where to look. What are the Stock springs and oil in VFRs? Are they progressive? Unless I know where I start, how do I know what to fit in order to move in the right direction.
Mine is a 2009 6th gen but everyone must have this question.

There is a table but its all Aprillia data, and it doesn't answer the original question which was about the base/OEM spring.

I think stock rate is 0.85 kg/mm.
Seems most Japanese bikes have suspension tuned for 65kg riders.
