Any one has pictures and suggestions on where i can get sliders for my VFR2003? I been lurking around the posts havent seen anyone show pictures of what this looks like and how to install, seems that VFR is not really designed to have those things. Thanks for your help.

Don't feel all alone... no one offers RC45 sliders either... I had to make my own aluminum post complete with threads and then thread and shape the black Delrin... I decided to label them as well to fool everyone into thinking it's a HRC part...

www.rg-racing.com has some V-TEC frame sliders.
They are expensive, they require cutting through the fairing and replacing the coolant bottle and one of the engine mounting bolts. It's involved but not that difficult after the fairing is cut. Go slowly.
Look bulletproof. I put them in to protect plastic from parking lot drops, I figure any crash is a lottery no matter what you've got. Not tested yet cross fingers.
I ordered them through www.topendz.com, an importer in Canada. Guy who runs it (Simon?) is a cool guy.
Note that whenever you want do do maintenance on the bike and remove the side fairings, you have to remove the sliders. Since it's just a double-threaded bolt through the engine and mounts you have to go through a jam-nut rigamaroll taking off and putting on again. It's kind of a pain in the ass but after several repeats I've got my time down to only a few minutes more than usual. YMMV.
Edited again: what i should really do is figure out how to machine a hex key hole into the end of the bolt. That would be the ticket. Hrm...

I purchased my sliders from rg-racing. They took about 10 days to arrive from the UK. High quality and included the modified water bottle. Follow the directions and take your time during the install. They are on the expensive side.

Ditto. I "tested" mine last fall and they worked well. the R-G folks were great with the replacement parts (new bar and the starboard slider) and I added the bar-end sliders purely for the bling factor.
