I wanted to let a friend listen to a clip of the Vtec with a cut exhaust (like I used to have before I totalled my '03 last year). I cannot find the sound clips that used to be on the home page anywhere. Tried to search, could not find a thing.
The clips were taken from other websites and one guy actually complained to me about using his clip, they are not going to be put back up because of this.
That is sad. :( But what if we make a few sound clips? We could do a collection. :idea3: Can you put them on the website as they used to be?
How would one record a sound clip?

Long since forgotten, well if somebody wants to do the legwork I will put them up but for me its a long way down the totem pole
That is truly sad that somebody would complain about such a small issue. I enjoyed the sound clips when they were up. Oh well, I'll see if I can find them elsewhere.

It depends on what quality you want to record.
1, If you have a digital camera you probably have a chance to record something. Most of these modern digital cameras have a video record mode where you can record a short clip with sound. Usualy these cameras able to record at least 30 sec. After you just have to take out the sound from the video clip. These cameras usually come with a banch of software so, it should not be a problem.
2, If you have a computer (and it seems you have :goofy: ) then it is easy to record sound. You just need a microfon or you can use an existing webcamera with built in mic. So, from Windows 3.1 every win version has a built in "Voice recorder" program. You just start the program, set up the quality, start recording, start the bike, stop the bike, stop recording and post your new recording! You have to make sure your bike and the microfon is close enough though. :P
3, If you have a lates gadget cell phone, then you could use your phone to record sound as well. You can share the sound with us in MMS!
4, You break tha law and the law enforcement will record your bike sound for you in the pursuit vehicle as he is trying to catch up. (This version is higly not recommended!!!)
