VFR Discussion Group -> Staintune site no longer has '02-'04 VFR

OK, now I am concerned. Last weel I bit the bullet and ordered the Tunes from Sporttour. About the time I am, the Staintunes web site is down. Now that it is back up, they don't list our '04 VFR pipes anymore. There are 4 other bikes listed, but the '04 is gone. Did I just order "old" versions or something???

I too hope I am not in the same boat. I ordered from Sporttour. I also called to follow up last week and they indicated that more should be on the way. Since they are manufactured down under, contacting them is hard, email is the only way.

We will just have to wait a week or so to see what's what.

Waiting for some good news....

An update, I just checked and my purchase of the Staintune and K&N Filter posted on my credit card, so I would have to assume that Sporttour had received the exhaust system since they do not charge your account unless they have the merchandise.

I will call this afternoon to confirm the delivery status.

I was just on staintune's site and they list pipes in the catalog. No worries mate!

I called Sporttour and my exhaust and filter are shipping today via UPS.

Should be here in a couple of days. Then...Woo Hoo Exhaust install and happy sounds in my ears

My Staintunes will be delivered TOMORROW.....

Sporttour has my pipes on back order!,.. I am the next in line. Your order way two days ahead of mine, and they got yours in, but not mine. So I am in wait mode!
I don't know if I can go that many days without doing mods......
Already did the fender eliminator,.... what else can I do to pass the time? :blink:

Well,, hotredjohn is probably installing HIS new 'tunes about now.
And I am running out of things to do waiting for mine!
I just waxed the kickstands ,&... plastic clean & polished the windscreen so there is not a scratch visible...

I ordered my staintunes about a month ago and am still waiting....the bike has been cleaned, waxed, k&n'ed, powercommandered, and am still waiting
