Really good customer service

I just purchased a set of Staintunes for my VTEC from Glen Sullivan of www.sporttour.com and have to say he has made a customer out of me.

First; he gave me what I have found to be the best price, $699, and since I was a member of VFRD he did not charge me shipping. Second; when we first talked he told me he had a set and would have them to me in 2 days. 15 minutes later he called me back and told me he had mispoke and the mufflers would have to be dropped shipped from his distributor and it would be 4 days instead of 2. Hell I wouldn't have even noticed the difference.

Actually as one of the Canucks that participated in the Remus Group buy I would highly recommend Sport Tour, thier service was outstanding, the delivery was as expected and even more importantly (it demonstrates the customer comes first), they made a pricing mistake on one of the items I ordered and stuck by it even though it was a break even or money loser. As a result, I ordered more stuff at a higher prices from them and have referred at least three others to them for Remus and other products.
