Ok i changed the R/R and now i get 10.7 volts!! WTF?
is that the only way i can check the stator windings?

Also, inspect all your grounds and connections; be sure they are clean, free of corrosion and secure.
Make sure the battery is fully charged and in good condition before troubleshooting (load tested if possible).

The stator test is a measurement of resistance between the three stator wires.
