Need Help! Cannot Sync. 91 Carbs.!

You have a air leak . I imagine. Try spraying wd40 on the running bike on the intake runner/boot and if the motor speeds up or slows down you have yourself a leak. Or vaseline all the joints on the intake(external) and start the bike. If you develope bubbles in the vaseline your pulling air thru.

I like to go simple then complex when it comes to digging in to carbs.

no no! spay CARB cleaner or starting fluid.. it WILL rev higher if you have a leak...

My 1991 has an extremely high idle, and will run hot unless I contain it, I say we get to the bottom of this, and let everyone else know that they are chumps.
