Choke Lever?

Didnt know if I need to know a trick to make it work or maybe I am not holding my mouth right. Is it broken? How to fix?

Your LH switchpod is too tight on the handlebar?

The cable is seized or broken?

I'd disassemble the switchpod and look for trouble, and/or lift the tank and watch the starter valves as you attempt to rotate the enrichening lever.
(not choke technically)

Its not hard to take the control thingy apart, just 2 phillips head screws, when you do it back up the front one goes on last - make a note of which is which as they're diff lengths.

Maybe the cable is seized inside?

Ok thanks guys. Is it also common for that POD to move with slight force. When I push the turn signals and such it stays in place but I can grab it and twist it slightly. Not trying to brake it, it just happened. I am thinking something is broken inside and it is letting the Pod move.

sounds like it is broken for sure. on the bottom part of the assembly is a little round tab that fits into a hole on the bar to stop it twisting on the bar...
