Wow, awesome action photo fing02.gif wheel.gif
There is not much lean angle left :D

Over 20 years back they showed some great Aussie touringcar racing on the Dutch telly, on a circuit round some mountain. An absolutely spectacular circuit. Don't know the name of the circuit but it had some blind curves, drops, sweepers and little runoff in most places. Maybe you know what I am talking about. Have you ever ridden some rounds there on a bike?

I think your talking about Mount Panorama, Bathurst NSW Australia. This track is normally a public road & is only shut down for races these days for tin top racing, they more or less made the bike racing there go away.

So early to mid eighties, that was when they went to international Group A regulations here so the Euros came out to race - that's why you'd have received the coverage. It's now a two-make (Ford vs Holden) series called V8Supercar, it's kinda like NASCAR except they race on circuits not ovals. Oh, and they use race cars : )

It's one of the best racetracks on the planet.

Nice form Roy.

Yep that is the IOMTT.

I took this picture from the spot where you see the spectators in the previous picture

Things do go wrong sometimes....

Or how about full speed downhill and bear left at the bottom? Big balls (not the sweaty kind.. biggrin.gif ) required here...

John it's Kirby's bro, trent fing02.gif

I have to say that I should have been in fast group but because I'm co owner of the KR750 the other owner Kirby had to go fast group because he is faster than me (I think it's just I'm older & fatter)
