Will a PC III work on a 99? It seems like everyone with 5th gens have a PC II. Im picking up a 99 next week that already has an exhaust on it and I would like to get a Power Commander for it. I really havent been able to find anything out.

i was just wondering how power commander hook up if you buy one can you take it off when if sell your VFR and say get a Suzuki 1000 or something, do you need to buy an adapter to be able to hook into the wiring harness of a different manufacturer or bike or is it a standard plug into the ECU or is it just not possible to transfer them between two different bikes
They are bike specific. No swaping between any of them.
