New Zg Windscreen

I just got my ZG sport touring screen ,in dark tint in the mail today but i couldnt just put it on i had to clean it first, so i got out my honda plastic cleaner and cleaned it up before i installed it,,guess what-- if i read the directions on the can i guess i would have seen that its good on clear plastic,not tinted,so it made funky swirls in the plastic,so i guess before i try to clear it up what i would like to know has that happened to anyone else- can i compound the plastic ?. WHAT DO I DO --HELP.On a good note the screen is good makes for a nice ride and oh yeah with the dark tint you cant see thru it anyway.

I've used tons of Honda cleaner on my dark ZG with no adverse affects. Wonder if it would help to email ZG for advice?

Have you washed it with mild dish soap, after the fact?

+1. Probably just something they have on the screen thats smearing.

Maybe i will just take it out today for a nice long ride and let some of that florida sunshine burn into it,i just tried some really light compound and it looks like it helped a little,then i used plexus on it, mild soap smile.gif ,,,good thing my birthday is in 3 months im gunna tell the wife to get me an mra screen like jasons:)
