I know there was a post around here about the clutch in the 3rd generation. How to remove reinstall
And also inspect the springs etc...

Can anyone help ?

I don't recall a 3rd gen specific clutch article, but I've replaced mine and can answer any specific questions.

Here is the clutch article HS did on his 5th gen. I don't anything significant is different on that side of the bike...
