I have a '99 with a PC2, and I use the Two Bros Map.
Naturally, I noticed the drop in gas mileage when I put this combo together in '01.
We'll the soot on the tip of my pipe is finally annoying me, and I'm wondering if somebody has a dyno-tuned map for:
a '99. with a K&N Filter, AND a High-Mount Two Brothers Slip-On.
The bike actually runs great, but I'd like to try to get a few extra miles out of a tankful.

Define a drop in gas mileage. What were you getting and what did it drop to. I have/had the same set up but it was custom mapped and I deepened the gearing and regurlarly got 46-48 mpg.

Try the Micron with K&N map.
I have not done the calculation to find actual miles lost per gallon, but I do know I have due to the regularity of refilling. I was never very concerned about it because I only rode about once a month.
Now, I commute, and I fill it up every 2.5 days. Seventy five miles a day....thats 225 miles divided by 5...45mpg...wow better than I thought.
Define 'deepened the gearing'. I'm always shifting in '7th', and I wonder what type sprocket change would still feel good at speed.

If I recall correctly I went down 1 tooth in the front and up 2 teeth in the rear. This gave the bike more low end grunt out of the corners without gear binding it on the slab. The difference in RPM from stock to now is about 500 RPM more than stock. As far as needing a 7th gear I think that is your ears and butt sending your brain some unfamiliar info. with regards to sustained highway speeds versus the sound and feel of the bike. Next time you think you need to shift into 7th look down at your tach and note the actual RPM. Then look at your redline RPM and notice the difference. You still have a long way to go to get to redline. You're also going to be way below the engine RPM sweetspot. I think you'll find that the engine will respond favorably to a slightly higher RPM as far as fuel mileage and power delivery feel.
