Vfr Sighting In Movie

Been meaning to mention this but keep forgetting.

The spoof movie "Date Movie" had a 2000 yeller VFR in it. The main actress jumps on it, pulls on a matching yellow helmet, revs it a couple of times (film cuts to tach with vfr logo), and wheelies off. Movie then cuts to destination with the rider still wheelie-ing who then transitions to a big time stoppie. The stunt rider was a black male wearing an identical short dress but besides that and the helmet they didn't do anything else to hide the fact; probably to keep in the spoof spirit. I watched the credits but the stunt rider wasn't single out.

Downside: the bike is obtained by bike-jacking the owner with a 2x4 across the chest who tumbles to stop (so funny I forgot to laff).

Aprillia. Prolly in a junkyared, somewhere, dying to be a track bike. The first thread on, "Date Movie", may still exist.

That's what i thought, it's a ZZR600. Did it strike anybody that in this super-cool movie that an early 90's sports tourer is a bit odd? Perhaps it was something to do with the low seat hight? Uma is very hot in that movie though, just exudes cool.

It's a brand new 06/07 Aprilia RSV-R. They sent 2: one for the riding scene, one for the crashing scene.
