I want to order another key blank for my '98 and Ron Ayers offers me two types. Which is correct?

Does one cost more than the other? Maybe one has the nice plastic on the end with the Honda logo, while the other is blank?

As I understand, if your key number starts with A or B, then you need Type 1 blank. If it starts with C or D, it's Type 2.

This is true. Weird, but true.

But you'll be surprised to find that your local Ace hardware prolly has your blanks in stock. (I did, after buying RC51 blanks from Ayers pissed.gif ) They're simple $2 flat blanks...no nice Honda plastic....but better'n nuttin.
