Wow I guess building a good performing tire is the last thing on their minds. marketing, marketing, marketing

and they cant even do that right.....when did demons get halos?

Hey their rosso is a decent tire...

as for the demons with halos... its the sport-touring concept. Nice when covering some miles, but a beast in the twisties!

i love the diablo's. do you feel the rosso is an improvment on the diablo?

Corsa IIIs for me. Besides, who says, "Hey, check out my bitchin' tread pattern! It's got frickin' demons on it man! Demons! Bwwwaaaahhh!" Tread pattern is the last thing I consider when buying a tire. If it's got ANY tread pattern it'll work. Tell me about compounds.

We'll just have to wait for the reviews on here. . . someone will try 'em.

Their bikes leak oil, their accessories make money leak from your wallet, a tire with their brand would surely leak, well, air. As for Harleys leaking, a ratty-looking one was in our parking lot late last summer (I work for a Honda dealer) and one of our salesmen took a large piece of cardboard out and put it under the bike... all in front of the owner of said bike! Owner went to the parts counter to buy... oil!!!

TC, i have no idea. I never road the diablo. I was very impressed with the wet weather performance of the rosso. Especially considering the lack of tread on the sides, err NO tread pattern on the rear! Very neutral handling tire. Also noticed they run VERY HOT! They heat up very quickly as well. I never had any issues with blistering. I did get some serious blue stripes on the sides of the front and rears. Rode them in the rain a couple of times and when we stop they would be dry in a couple of minutes. The powers my friends where running on there K1200GTs would still be wet. I could kind of feel the rear "walk" a little bit when i first put them on. I guess that is that "flexing contact patch". Sort of what the AVONs run.
Basically i had the same miles out of the rosso's as the powers i normally run. For me, i'd stick with the powers since the turn in is quicker and i do more riding in the mountains then commuting. If i was back in florida commuting every day, i'd stay with the rosso. Didn't seem to flat spot as fast, i guess the rounder tire profile compared to the "v" of a power.

FYI, air pressure was generally 35-36 front, 41-42 rear.
Also of note: the front wore out 250 miles before the rear! I normally replace tires front and rear because of both being at the wear bar.
