I've heard a number of the aftermarket slipons interfere with the OEM luggage brackets. Just wondering what you have and how the fit is. Thanks!

The only ones I know of that WILL NOT work with the factory bags are Scorpion, Micron, and the Two Brothers Stash systems.

All others are ok, one or two may require extra tweaking or fiddling/tightening the mounting bolt a certain way to keep them from touching the frame, but most are good.

My Staintunes have no clearance issues. I've also seen Laser, Two Bros VALE, Leo Vince, & Remus used without issue. Not sure on MIGs, but there aren't many of them out there anyway...

Ok, good to know. I'm in no hurry for a new exhaust, I just like adding things to my eBay watch list and being patent...

I am very happy with my Leo Vince Titanium set up with oem hardbags, plenty of room, a very easy install, sound great, look awesome...I dont like the shiny Staintunes and prefer less bling although tunes are great also from what I hear...very happy on leo vince cans, thanks

this has me concerned with getting hard luggage. both my viffers have upswept exhausts. The 5th gen isn't swept up so much, but still. I think its low enough, but def not my 4th gen.

I run the Two Brothers Stash system with factory hard bags with no trouble at all. Plenty of clearance all around.

Geez! The "search" really works!
I'm contemplating Leo Vince slip-ons for my 2005 VFR800A but had read somewhere there might be clearance issues with the OEM pannier hardware. I gather from this thread that shouldn't be an issue?

I have the MIG's and they fit with the factory bags. MIG went out of business a few years ago so you'll probably have a hard time finding them. I've never seen another 6th gen Mig pipes but I sure love the sound and looks of them.

I've the Arrow titanium and they do clear *JUST* but they are very tight and definitely careful installation required.
Luggage brackets have to come off for easy fitment though.

I have the Remus' as well. Did you have to turn them a bit further than normal to allow the luggage from proper fitament?
