Hi; Just make sure the anti-freeze you choose is silicate-free...if not you could end up damaging your water pump seals....Remember SILICATE-FREE anti-freeze.
The prestone extended life orange stuff is good, meaning phosphate free. But I think it comes from the factory with the Honda coolant which is premixed if you get it from the dealer, iirc.
Honda long life type 2 coolant. It is silicste, phosphate, and borate free. It also comes pre-mixed. Honda coolant for a honda bike, you cant go wrong.

That is probably the best way to go...........although I just changed my coolant and used Engine Ice.
...and then you won't be riding anyway. Or would you?
well, that's exactly the point... not riding, temp below 0C, and a serious danger of engine or other damage due to the water in your cooling system freezing.
i'd have no problem running straight water (with a little water wetter) over the summer season (or in a track bike), but it needs to be swapped out for a proper coolant/anti-freeze mix if there's any risk of the temperature dropping off.
I can understand on a track bike, using the simpler products temporarily and changing frequently , because of track requirements.
I dont know why the average street rider would though
Who has done any significant real long term tests, say 100,000 mile on watter wetter and distilled only. I just dont buy the stuff as better than Antifreeze on longevity.
I know that real antifreezes have alot of properties in it, to keep your system clean and lubricated , that little 12 oz bottle of colored Glycol is not going to match the health of the internal assembles that real anitfreeze can.
