I finally had a chance to ride my bike with a set of heli-bars on it. I am very impressed in the difference in the ride. I believe that this the best purchase that I have ever made. I found that I could ride longer and more comfortable, but on the other hand, I wishing for a more softer ride for the tush. I have a Corbin, the pain is gone in the tush, but I want a softer saddle to ride in. So far, the modifications that I've made to my bike is making me fall in love with my viffer. At first, I wondered did I buy the right bike, but know it's kind of becoming a part of me. Oh I forgot to post some pics of my bike, I will post them soon!

Corbin and heli bars, what's not to like. Didn't realize how much better the Corbin is over stock till I replaced it with the stocker for a week of commuting. Still wish they'd quit making the seat pan out of pulverized granite and resin. :biggrin:

Anybody ever take a Corbin seat and have it set on the stocker seat pan?

I have always loved Corbin's but just purchased a Bill Mayer saddle for my '07 VFR. The thing is unbelievably comfortable and looks good on the bike. they use the stock pan.

Sure does look comfy! My Sargent is nice, but the edges are kind of squared off and create pressure points on my boney pre-ass section after several hours of riding. Posted Image
