Front End Help

Hey peoples,

I was just wondering have any of you, heard or dealt with these guys? Here in OZ it is going to cost me $1000 to do up my front end :comp13: I was thinking it may be better to go this way... The cost is about another $300 over the initial $1000. Once i factor in currency exchange.

Hi,
There are considered quality pieces, but for the money I think I would just do one of the Inverted fork swaps that's common over there as several members have do it already. :fing02:

Just got R/T springs for my 05. Will be a while before I get to test them (don't like rain or cold).
Traxxion does look like an easier way to upgrade, wonder if the external rebound is available for VFR?
Only part that scares me is the price, but then performance does cost.
Post your results should you take the plunge.

I too have always been interested in these but the price has always made me shy away as well. I put new springs and the best RT valves in my front end for $400. I'm curious if they are that much better?

So I guess there is no way to get a compression adjuster out of them since the bottom of our forks would need to be reworked... that sure would be cool. I really wish I had 2 way front end.

Yer but i am like Tim the tool man when it comes to doing stuff like that :blink: So i am looking at the easiest and best way to do it. I love the bike, just lack of adjustability and cheap production front ends for a 70kilo rider.....pfft

These guys are literally in my backyard, about 3 miles from my house. Its a very high end system generally used on track/racing bikes, but popular with folks looking for the best stuff for their streetbike. I'm a member on the FZ1OA board and its a popular modification for the Yamaha FZ1 although I don't have the $$$ to do them on mine. If you call or email them ask for Lee (if he's available and not working on bikes), he one of the suspension guru's there and one hell of a nice guy. He's a bud of mine from the FZ1 board as well. I have a PM into him already about my new VFR that I pickup tomorrow (2003)!
