Just looking at the title as I prepare to sign it over, I got the bike new 1/28/2003 with just 3 miles on it. I got it from Milpitas Honda who seems to have gone out of business several years ago.

I spent a lot of time on that bike, about 2hrs a day on my 52 mile each way commute. I would say at 130K miles it was broken in, but it still runs strong and smooth. I think it has lots of miles to go. This bike never let me down, never left me stranded, and always kept me from harm. Impressive since it took me across the bay bridge every day and through SF where lots of crazy people drive.

I'm going to miss that bike.

A couple of farewell pix..

Wow, that's a serious amount of mileage on a bike, and a serious amount of fuel saved by using that instead of a car.

I know how you feel...once it's gone, you start missing it, wondering if it's being taken care of, taking it's vitamins, etc. etc.

What lead you to sell her?

I had started cheating on her with a lower mileage bike.

I saw your Craigslist ad and was impressed with the miles ridden and the deal you offered. I hope you still have a ride.

LOL I hear you. My 02 has done 130,000 kilometres and my efforts at giving her a facelift have been a bit troublesome.

Man, I'd love some Candy Glory Red!
